Tour bookings and payment
You may make a tour reservation by mail, fax, email, or online booking form. Upon Bike Adventure New Zealand confirming your booking and departure date, a deposit of NZ$500 for each person is required within 10 days. Without being asked, final payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior your tour departure.
Rental bookings and payment
Reservations with pickup/dropoff dates and locations may be made by mail, fax, email, or online booking form. Upon Bike Adventure New Zealand confirming your booking a deposit of 20% of the total hire price is required within 10 days. Balance of payment must be paid in full at the time picking up the motorcycle.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tours: Bike Adventure New Zealand can not guarantee all our tour departure dates. We reserve the right to cancel any tour up to the 20th day before tour departure. Any deposits and payments will be promptly and fully refunded.
You may cancel a tour at any time, however a cancellation fee will apply:
up to 8 weeks prior to tour departure, 50% of your deposit
up to 4 weeks prior to tour departure, 20% of tour price
from 4 weeks until tour departure, 50% of tour price
no-show, 100% of tour price.
Rental: You may cancel your booking at any time, however a cancellation fee will apply:
Up to 4 weeks prior pick-up of your motorcycle, 50% of deposit
from 4 weeks onwards, 100% of deposit.
Deposits and balance of payments may be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) authorizations or bank transfers. Amounts billed to your credit card will generally be in New Zealand currency.
Balance of payment for your rental motorcycle may be made by travelers cheque, cash or credit card.
Deposits are fully applied against final payments.
